Seven seats at the same table.
Two stints at Oracle, totaling almost three decades. The path was not linear, and that is the point. Each seat reframed the one before it.
Started in Technical Support in 1996 — learning Oracle products from the inside, talking to customers when something was on fire. Moved into Senior Principal Consulting, then Technical Solution Specialist for Public Sector, designing reference architectures for governments across the region.
Crossed into Enterprise Service Delivery — running post-sale program governance for the largest Oracle customers in the Caribbean. Then into sales: Technology and Fusion Middleware, then Applications, then a multi-year run as Senior Sales Account Executive for Caribbean Enterprise Accounts across ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, and CX.
Between Oracle stints came Channel Operations leadership at eCareSoft and a year as Territory Manager at Fusionworks — exposure to how Oracle looks from the partner side of the ecosystem, not just from inside it.
Very few advisors have sat in service delivery, technical consulting, project management, sales, AND channel strategy. UpBound is built on the synthesis of those seats.
The seat at the table that did not exist.
After the Oracle reduction in force in April 2026, the natural next step would have been another vendor or another partner. UpBound is a different choice.
An independent advisor has no quota, no product agenda, and no vendor incentive shaping the recommendation. The job is the customer's outcome — the licenses they buy, the partner they pick, the scope they agree to, the value they realize. That is the entire scope of work.
The questions UpBound exists to answer are the ones Oracle customers cannot ask their Oracle team and cannot fully resolve with their implementation partner. The seat at the table is small. It needs to be.
