Twenty-seven years inside Oracle
Seven distinct roles, one company
Eduardo joined Oracle in 1996 as a technical support analyst. Across the following twenty-seven years — in two stints, separated by executive roles at Fusionworks and eCareSoft — he held seven distinct positions within the company: technical support, senior principal consulting, technical solution specialist for the public sector, enterprise service delivery management with ITIL certification, technology and middleware sales, applications sales, and most recently senior account executive for the Caribbean enterprise segment.
This breadth is uncommon. Most former Oracle professionals who become advisors come from a single function. Eduardo understands how Oracle commercial proposals are constructed, how implementations are executed, how customer relationships are sustained over time, and how partner ecosystems are cultivated — because he has done all of these from the inside.
On the customer's side of the table
After twenty-seven years bringing products to market, Eduardo determined that his next chapter would be on the customer's side of the table. UpBound is the result of that decision.

Camper, outdoorsman, bilingual native
Eduardo is an enthusiastic camper and outdoorsman. He lives in Weston, Florida, with his family. The patience that nature teaches — reading terrain, planning with time, respecting the unpredictable — proves remarkably useful when advising on complex enterprise transformations.
